We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with the following third parties solely to deliver our services:

• Automation platforms — Make.com, n8n, Zapier and similar tools used to build and host client automations
• Website analytics — anonymised analytics to understand website usage (e.g. Google Analytics, where enabled)
• Professional advisors — accountants or legal advisors under strict confidentiality obligations

• Enquiries that do not convert to clients: 12 months from the date of enquiry
• Client records: 7 years from the end of our commercial relationship (UK tax obligations)
• Website analytics: Up to 26 months in anonymised form
• Marketing consent records: Until you withdraw consent, plus 12 months thereafter
